Vinification

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average
period of 15 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used French oak barrels, followed by
18 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 8 months

Tasting notes

Color: light ruby red
Bouquet: hints of small red berries, frangipani and licorice
Taste: complex and well balanced, with herbal and fruity notes. Tannins are wll present;
the finish is fine and persistent
